PRISMX, accessible at https://www.prismx.eu, is a publication and initiative of BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL, a legal entity incorporated under Romanian law, registered in the Trade Register of Cluj-Napoca under EUID number ROONRC.J2025044125009, with its statutory seat in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL is responsible for the content, management, and operation of PRISMX, including all associated digital publications. All rights related to the content, design, and intellectual property of PRISMX are owned by BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL, unless otherwise stated.

Terms of use
By submitting guest contributions or materials for publication, the author automatically grants BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL permission to publish the material in all editions, both in print and digital formats.
BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users of our publications to do the same. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us at request@prismx.contact. In your message, please include the following information:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A description of the work or right you believe has been infringed;
- The location where the material in question can be found.

2. Grant of Rights The author grants BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL the following non-exclusive rights: a) The right to publish the contribution in all PRISMX publications, regardless of the medium (e.g., websites, apps, printed editions). b) The right to make the contribution accessible and to distribute it via electronic databases, archives (online and offline), clipping services, and digital kiosks, both those of BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL and third parties.
3. Copyright The copyright of the contribution remains with the author.
4. Authorization The author authorizes BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL to:
- Act in its own name, if necessary, against any copyright infringement of the contribution.
- Publish and distribute the contribution under the CC BY-ND 4.0 license.
5. Acceptance and Publication BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL reserves the right to refuse or not publish any contribution for any reason.
6. Indemnification The author declares that they hold all copyrights to the contribution and any accompanying material, and that publication does not infringe the rights of third parties. The author indemnifies BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL against any third-party claims regarding copyright on the content of the contribution.
7. Attribution The author’s name will be credited upon publication, unless otherwise agreed or customary for the specific publication.
8. Freedom of Execution The author is free in the execution of their work and is not under the authority of BNLO2R SOLUTIONS SRL. The subject, scope, title, and placement of the contribution will be determined in consultation with the editorial team.
9. Personal Execution The author has personally written the contribution. Involving third parties is only permitted after consultation, and the author remains responsible for the execution.
10. Independent Status The parties explicitly do not enter into an employment or freelance agreement.
11. No Employee Rights This collaboration does not create any employee rights or obligations.
12. Exclusivity Period Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the license is exclusive for the first month after publication. If the contribution is not published within one year of submission, exclusivity applies from the date of submission. During this period, the author may request permission for other uses of the work, such as for personal promotion. Publication on the author’s own website is permitted one month after publication by PRISMX.
13. Jurisdiction Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Cluj-Napoca.
