PRISMX is an independent think tank dedicated to developing solutions that, among other goals, reduce economic inequality and enhance geopolitical independence. We provide source citations in our publications where necessary. We use the ISO 690:2021 citation style (System A.5, running notes).

Funding
The think tank is funded through annual membership fees. If these are insufficient, additional resources are drawn from company funds. We do not accept payments from anyone other than our members via annual membership fees. We do not display advertisements.
Code of conduct

Our code of conduct for members

1. Confidentiality and secrecy
Internal discussions and documents are strictly confidential. Members may not share information with third parties without explicit permission from the board.
All internal communication and documents remain within PRISMX’s closed environment unless otherwise specified.

2. Privacy and respect
The privacy of fellow members is respected at all times. Personal data or opinions of others are not shared without consent.
Members treat each other with respect and avoid any behavior that could be perceived as intimidating, discriminatory, or unprofessional.

3. Media and external communication
Members do not speak on behalf of PRISMX in the media or public forums without prior consultation with the board.
When contacting media, institutions, individuals, companies, or governments as part of a PRISMX project, members always use their assigned PRISMX email address. This ensures transparency and legal protection for both the member and the organization.

4. Freedom of expression
Members may freely express their opinions during internal discussions, provided this is done in a respectful and constructive manner.
Ad hominem attacks or personal attacks are not permitted. Criticism is always directed at ideas, not individuals.

5. Transparency regarding conflicts of interest
Members disclose any secondary roles, financial interests, or obligations that could influence their independence or objectivity in research or opinion-forming within PRISMX.
PRISMX work may not be used for personal gain or external interests.

6. Financial integrity
Members do not accept payments, gifts, or other benefits from third parties for their work within PRISMX, unless explicitly approved by the board.

7. Pressure and undue influence
Members immediately report to the board any external pressure that could compromise their independence or integrity as a PRISMX member.

8. Accountability and enforcement
Members are responsible for adhering to this code of conduct. Violations may result in disciplinary measures, ranging from a warning to expulsion from the think tank.

Final provision
This code of conduct is designed to safeguard the integrity, independence, and professional conduct within PRISMX. In case of doubt regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, members may consult the board for advice.
